We have had some amazing storms over the last four days and last night I couldn't resist trying to catch some lightening in a picture. The clouds were pink and there was a rainbow with lightening striking every couple of minutes. I thought well I'm just going to go out there and try to get a few pictures. It was a lot harder then I thought. Apparently trying to take a picture of lightening is well....... like trying to take a picture of lightening. I did get a few that turned out ok but it makes me want to go buy a new camera. This is also the first time I've ever taken pictures of lightening and I dont think I could have been more excited when I actually got my first picture. I found taking pictures of lightening is a little addicting and I just didn't want to stop. I might have to try to take some more.
